TERA Plastics is expanding its Vietnam presence with a new 30,000 m² factory at Lô CN-S-03, CN-L-04, CN-S-05 và CN-S-06, Khu công nghiệp Sông Khoai, phường Hiệp Hòa, tỉnh Quảng Ninh, Việt Nam. The Amata Industrial Zone facility is scheduled to commence full production in November 2026, significantly increasing TERA's total injection molding capacity.

TERA Plastics is proud to announce the construction of our new manufacturing facility in the Amata Industrial Zone, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. The plant covers 30,000 square meters of floor area and is scheduled to commence full production in November 2026.

Amata Quang Ninh (Sông Khoai Industrial Zone) is one of Vietnam's premier industrial parks, strategically located near the Chinese border with direct access to deep-water port facilities, expressway connections, and a developing international airport — ideal for export-oriented precision manufacturing.

What this means for TERA customers

  • Significantly expanded capacity: The 30,000 m² Quang Ninh plant will more than double TERA's Vietnam production footprint alongside the existing Hai Phong facility
  • Three-location manufacturing network: Taiwan (headquarters + tooling) · Vietnam Hai Phong — KCN Đồ Sơn (production, operational Nov 2024) · Vietnam Quang Ninh — KCN Sông Khoai (production, opening Nov 2026)
  • Automotive and industrial scale: Designed for large-press injection molding, multi-component assembly lines, and expanded secondary operations including painting, coating, and packaging
  • Supply chain resilience: Customers can dual-source components across our Taiwan and Vietnam facilities, reducing single-point-of-failure risk in global supply chains

Production timeline

Construction is currently underway. Equipment installation and commissioning will begin in Q3 2026, with full production operations starting November 2026.
