The common material for auotomotive accessory are PBT, AES, PMMA, PC...etc.

We also provide printed pc transparent film for speedometer.

Double or dual plastic injection with AES and PC are also applied to the speedometer case.

The hardcoating process can make the case resist scratch, and make the hardness as high as 7H.

With special secondary printing process, the case can withstand UV light and water vapor which is cause by temperture difference.
